The SARAs aim is to recognise and award the outstanding performance of Recruitment Agencies in New Zealand.
These awards give jobseekers the chance to identify and vote for their favourite Recruitment Agency.

SARA Legends
In 2006 the SARA Legends were introduced to recognise and reward Recruitment Agencies that have been successful in the same SARA category for three consecutive years.
These winners have been promoted to enable them to retain their successful profile and benefit from an array of marketing activities whilst not competing in the SARAs again until 2008.
