TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Instructions on how to vote form part of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will be published on the SEEK website throughout the duration of the Awards. Submitting a vote is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Voting for the SARAs (SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards) 2007 opens from 9am Monday 30 July 2007 (AEST) and closes 9am Friday 7 September 2007 (AEST).

3. Anyone is eligible to vote. To nominate a Recruitment Agency, voters must visit www.seek.co.nz/sara

4. Only one vote per person is permitted. Multiple votes will not be accepted. A cookie will be placed on your computer to help SEEK track votes.

5. Votes will be collected by SEEK and independently counted and audited by Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC). PWC will obtain from SEEK Limited a list of votes cast in relation to the SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards for New Zealand. The completeness and accuracy of the list and the validity of votes cast will be the responsibility of SEEK Limited management. Accordingly PWC will not perform any procedures to validate these assertions. PWC will perform procedures to collate and count the votes cast, independently from SEEK management. PWC may require SEEK management’s assistance in votes where determining the intended recipient requires judgment. PWC will provide SEEK with a report of the factual findings of these procedures to management.

6. SARA categories have been arrived in consultation with the RCSA. The categories for which awards will be given are as follows:

Most popular Generalist Recruiter (Large)
This award is open to any recruitment agency with over 50 consultants.
Most popular Generalist Recruiter (Medium/Small)
This award is open to any recruitment agency with less than 50 consultants.
Most popular IT Recruiter (Large)
This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business (over 80%) is in the IT business.
Most popular Specialist Recruiter (Large)
This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business is dedicated to a specialist industry. E.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering
Most popular Specialist Recruiter (Medium/Small)
This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business is dedicated to a specialist industry. E.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering

This award is open to any recruitment agency whose core business is dedicated to a specialist industry. E.g. Marketing, Sales, Engineering Additional voter categories may be added and existing amended at SEEK’s discretion. This decision will be made when final votes are collected.

7. Award finalists will be entitled to use the SARA Finalist 2007 logo on their site and literature. Award winners will receive a trophy and will be entitled to use the SARA Winner 2007 logo on their site and marketing materials.

8. New Zealand Award Finalists will be announced on Friday 21 September.

9. The date for the New Zealand Award Winners is to be confirmed and will be updated onsite when this information is available.

10. SARA is supported by the RCSA New Zealand.

11. SEEK collects and reserves the right to use voter’s comments in post awards promotions.

12. SEEK reserves the right to alter any dates associated with voting, announcement of finalists and winners.
